1. Tha Golden Rule
First and Foremost, the Homyz Staff are the final sayso on all matters regarding the game. There are not any higher powers. That being said, we just want to let you know that we do not have to be able to prove that you are cheating, we only have to be convinced. We want everyone who plays to be able to enjoy a fair, just game. But with proxies and a hundred other ways to slip into a game undetected, this rule has to be implemented.

2. Multiple Accounts
Having more then 1 account is strickly forbidden. If we come to believe you are using more then one account, we will remove your account. The chances of getting unbanned for multiple accounts is very slim.

3. Supering
You in no way are allowed to plan attacks with pimps that are not a member of your crew. If you are not in a crew, you still cannot plan attacks with other pimps. This is known as supering, and it is not allowed in this game. As of late it has been a general idea for the crews to split themselves into two seperate groups due to the decrease in the amount of players allowed into one crew that was implemented not to long ago. Although i believe that this practice can be somewhat shady, i am allowing it, however let it be known now that should it come to the attention of the administration that two crews are pounding on the same person or persons, count on it when i say heads will roll.

4. Shared Computers
The administration does allow the use of shared computers on homyz, via home or school network, or more than one player having an account from the same computer. However there are certain rules to abide by. Players playing from the same network or computer are not allowed to attack each other in any way, form, or fashion. This is grounds for immediate suspension of any and all accounts associated with one another. These players must also do one of two things or both, either be in the same crew together or play in seperate cities.

5. Quitting
Its ok to quit, just leave a message with me the admin, and tell me to disable your account. Do not put in your profile, "free thugs, free hoes". Do not message people and tell them that your leaking either. Anyone who attacks a person who says "I'm leaking" or "I quit" will have the master account disabled.

6. Leaking
You may not in any way message or tell anyone that your hoes or thugs are unhappy. Multiple leaks of thugs, whores, or both by seasoned players can and may be construed by the administration as intentionally leaking to other players in the game. Check your leaks, we understand that it will happen to even the best in the game, but constant leaking of player character in single or numerous rounds could result in a ban.

7. Spamming
The adminstration defines spamming as posting links, either direct or referral, to any game other than Homyz or one of its partners on any part of the game messaging system and IRC chatroom. This does not mean that players cannot talk about other games. We actually promote this somewhat, as we well know most of our players are members of more than one gaming site. So you are allowed to talk about other games we just ask that you not post direct links to these sites.

8. Posting
Do not post any attacks on the public board, only share attacks with members of your crew. Please do not spam, read rule above. Do not put down the game, or the admins. If you are creating drama towards the game, we will remove you.

9. Attacking
You may not attack your own crew members, no matter how you think it may be fair, its not. Use common sense, if you leave a crew, attack a member, and rejoin the crew. You will be removed.

10. Racial Slurs
Here at homyz we have ZERO TOLERANCE for racial or ethnic slurs, threat or insults. We allow a lot of leeway in the name of good trash talk but if you choose to take it to a level of downright personal instead of game trash talk , you will banned in area where the offense takes place or the whole game as we see fit.

11. Common Sense
Just because the rule isnt listed here, doesnt make it right. Please think before you take action.

12. Use Of Auto-Refresh
The use of auto-refresh techniques is frowned upon here at Homyz. We do not limit the use of it in regards to in-round functions like scouting, producing, etc... It is however strictly prohibited for use in gaining free reserves that are handed out for being online and playing. First offense will result in all accumulated reserves being subracted from your account. Second offense will result in a full game wide ban.

These rules are updated and changed from time to time, so keep checking by once in awhile.
